Arlene Leilehua Hancock

Arlene Leilehua Werner Hancock was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on January 20, 1939 to Mary (Kepa'a) Werner and Abraham Werner, Sr.  Arlene passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 85.

 

Arlene is a graduate of Kamehameha School at Kapalama.  Arlene was our father's loving wife, best friend, and soulmate. They had been married for over 59 years. Mom was an amazing, tolerant, and forgiving mother to her two sons. She loved her family, extended family, and friends.

Arlene is survived by her Husband, Richard Frederick Hancock, her son, Carl Hancock, daughter-in-law Tina Hancock, son, Keith Hancock, granddaughter Ashley Hancock Guzman, great granddaughter Athena Guzman and Sister Elaine Awana.

She is predeceased by her Brother Abraham Jr., Mervin, and six sisters: Mildred Feirer, Jeannette O’Sullivan, Mae Lee, Theda Chung, Renee Leon, and Beryl Werner.

Funeral Service for family and friends will be held on Friday, May 3rd at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.
