Clarice Chanel Floren

Clarice C Floren, 41, passed away Sunday, May 26th 2019. She was born May 18th in Columbus, Georgia to Carngie Turner and Clarence Holt Jr.

Clarice was raised in Columbus, Georgia until she was 16 where she attended middle school and was avidly part of the girl scout troops there. After moving from Georgia, to San Antonio, Texas, Clarice attended Alamo Heights High School and was part of the French Club, Orchestra, and ROTC. Clarice enjoyed spending her time with friends and loved ones, whether it was just sitting back and listening to music, or just having a grand time at gatherings. She was a hard worker and was the type of person who was always willing to help a person in need and always knew how to hold a conversation. She was a beloved mother of 2 sons, Izayah and Jaiden whom she cared for very much and deeply loved with all her heart.

She is survived by her 2 children Izayah and Jaiden of Washington, UT; her mother Carngie Carr of Washington, UT her fathers' Clarence Holt Jr of Tuskegee, AL and  Justin Carr of Washington, UT; her brother Clarence Holt III, his wife Michelle Holt and their 3 children Emma, Maliyah, and Naiya of Washington, UT; her sister Chartinay Holt, her fiancé Shawn Edwards and their 4 children Mya, Bailey, Azara, and Cobra of Washington, UT. She is preceded in death by  both her maternal and paternal Grandparents, 4 Uncles and 4 Aunts.

Funeral services will be May 31st with a viewing at 9:30 am followed by a service at 11 am at Hughes Mortuary. Interment will take place in the Washington City Cemetery Monday, June 3, at 10:30.
