Craig Taylor Price

Craig Price, 65, passed away Friday May 25, 2018, surrounded by family in his home. He was born May 9, 1953, in Las Vegas, Nevada to Maynard Price and Faye Taylor Price.

Craig, a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, friend and brother, was born and raised in Las Vegas. He started working for Centel/Sprint at an early age as a lineman and worked his way into management until he retired and moved to St. George UT to be closer to family. He considered his closest friends part of his family.  Friendship and family meant everything to him. He loved doing things for the people in his life, and everywhere he went he could coax a smile out of strangers.  He loved the people he worked with at Tinks Auto Parts and the customers he served. In his spare time, Craig loved fishing and going on cruises. After being diagnosed with cancer in early 2017, he fought cancer with everything he had. He will be missed until we reunite with him on the other side.

He is survived by Cheryle Price of St George UT; Daughters Lisa Rands (Alan) of Utah, April Evans (Mike) of Utah; Grandchildren Austin, Makayla, Zachary, Trenton, Joshua, Caiden, and Jayce; Sister Patty Weed of Las Vegas NV, and Mother Faye Price of St. George Utah. He is preceded in death by his Father Maynard, Grandfather Grant and Grandmother Annie.

A celebration of life will be held on June 23, 2018 at 11:00am in St. George UT, at the LDS Chapel on Foremaster Ridge: 912 S 1740 E, St George, UT 84790. Arrangements are made under the direction of Hughes Mortuary. In lieu of flowers please make donations to panfoundation.org, a non profit that helps others with high medical expenses get the treatment they need.
