David Wayne Reynolds, 68, of Henderson, Nevada, formerly of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025. Born on July 21, 1957, David was the beloved son of George and Jacqueline Reynolds.
On September 20, 1976, David married the love of his life, Debra Ann. Together, they celebrated fifty remarkable years of marriage just last month, a milestone that stands as a testament to their unwavering devotion and partnership.
David is survived by his three children, whom he deeply cherished: Misty LaLicata, David Reynolds, and Dawn Kelley. He was a proud grandfather to eleven grandchildren: Brandon, Brianna, Devin, Sicily, Hailey, Brooklyn, Joey, Promise, Chloe, Legacy, and Presley—each of whom brought him immeasurable joy and laughter.
After a long and successful career, David retired from the construction industry in 2024. Highly respected by coworkers, friends, and family, he was admired for his work ethic, integrity, and the quiet strength he carried through life.
David found peace and happiness in the outdoors, spending much of his time with Debra in Duck Creek, Utah, making memories surrounded by nature. One of his greatest joys was taking “the girls” to the park, cruising the neighborhood on his golf cart to visit neighbors and to stop by his grandchildren’s homes up the road. His humor was unforgettable he loved to play pranks and fill a room with laughter, leaving a trail of smiles wherever he went.
Above all, David was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family, and his love for his wife was as steadfast as the mountains he admired. His legacy of hard work, kindness, and humor will continue to live on through those blessed to have known him.
David will be deeply missed, remembered always, and forever loved.
A service honoring David’s life will be held on November 13, 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, located at 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
