Douglas Lee Pawlowski

Douglas Lee Pawlowski, age 67, passed away on June 11, 2025 in Hurricane, Utah. He was born on June 5, 1958 in Provo, Utah. He was raised in Orem, Utah and graduated from Orem High School.

Doug was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was self-employed in the carpet cleaning business and also enjoyed working as a DJ.

He was preceded in death by his father, Engelbert Pawlowski and his stepmother, Helen Pawlowski; his mother, Helen Oldroyd; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Prestwich Pawlowski and Susan Terry Pawlowski.

He is survived by his siblings, Randy (Jana) Pawlowski and family, Rick Pawlowski and family, and Pamela (Glenn) Kubricky and family; as well as by Zach (Ashlyn) Larsen and Mashaya (Michael) Larsen Averett and family.

Private arrangements have been made, and no public services will be held.
