Frances J. Williams, a woman who was a bright star in this world and loved by everyone. She was known for her compassion, faith, and unwavering devotion to others. She passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue to guide all who knew her.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Fran found her greatest joy in her family. She is lovingly survived by her husband, Robert Williams, and her three daughters: Cynthia Siples, Dawn Williams, and Wendy Williams. Her grandchildren—Mackenzie Ellis, Conner Hoffman, Audrey Siples, Liam Juliano, and Ava Juliano—were a constant source of pride and happiness.
Fran dedicated her life to caring for others. She pursued her calling in nursing at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where she began a remarkable career that spanned more than 30 years.
Her love for people extended into every aspect of her life.
Fran had unending energy for being helpful. She had a natural gift for putting others at ease and was always ready to lend a helping hand, offer encouragement, or simply listen. Fran showed up for her children as well as all of the neighboring children (providing after school snacks and crafts), for the elderly and neighbors (with a loaf of her yummy banana bread), and for her faith community at Green Valley Presbyterian Church(as a Sunday School Teacher and Network of Care volunteer). She touched countless lives with her loving heart.
Fran was also deeply rooted in her faith and was an active member of her church community throughout her life. Her spirituality guided her actions. You could always see Jesus reflected in her life and actions.
Frances J. Williams will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her tireless caregiving, and the love she so freely gave. Her life was a beautiful example of service, compassion, and faith—a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
There will be no public service.
