Jack H. Day Jr.

Jack H. Day Jr. of Mesquite, NV, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018.  He was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Jack H. Day and Margaret Gantt.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Usmelly (Dee), his children, Jack III (George), Michele, Brian (Mariella), siblings, Judy, Joyce (Michael), Janice, Jonathan, Joan (Dan), grandsons, Marques (Jenna), Carlos, Gregory (Jennifer), great grandchildren, Payton, Julianna and Miles.

Jack retired from Safeway Stores Inc. in Bellevue, WA, in 1997.  Jack and Dee moved to Mesquite, NV in 2005.  He worked at Wal-Mart part-time as a greeter and at the Silver Rider as a driver for several years.

Jack loved sports, meeting people, conversations, and dogs.  He will be missed by all his family and friends and a host of nieces and nephews.  In lieu of flowers, our family invites you to leave condolences on this website.
