James (Jay) Warren Holm, 71, of Hildale, Utah, passed away on October 30th, 2025. Jay was born on December 5th, 1953 to Carl Otto Nathaniel Holm and Rachel Black in Mesa, Arizona.
Jay grew up with his large family in Hildale. He worked in home building a great portion of his life and later on, spent his time purchasing and selling land. Jay enjoyed the company of his family and many friends. He made friends wherever he went. He loved to get in his car and just drive wherever the road took him, which was often the swap-meet.
Jay will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Jay’s continuing living legacy includes his four sons Christopher (Marci), Justin (Melanie), Steven (Bobbi), and Andrew (Andrea), grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his oldest son Roger Kiger, his brother Terry, sister Treena, and his parents.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a viewing from 1pm to 2pm on November 5th, 2025 at the Holm Heritage Center located at 1065 N Carling Street, Hildale, UT. A graveside service will be held shortly after at 2:30pm at the Isaac Carling Memorial Park located at 500 Township Ave, Colorado City, AZ 86021.
