Lucille Compton

On November 3, 2014 the sun lost a little of its brightness when Gladys Lucille Douglas Compton slipped from this mortal existence into the arms of her Savior. 

The world may not have noticed this loss but to those who know her, time stood still for a moment. Her influence on our lives is far reaching and will affect her posterity for generations to come.

The joy of Lucille's life was her seven children, her 22 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed by them all.

Services were held Saturday, November 8th in Monticello, Utah.
