Michael Alan Gagner

Our beloved Mike passed away peacefully after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side on the morning of January 30, 2026 at the age of 72. He was born on September 30, 1953, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin to Neil and Donna Gagner.

He worked at Quanex for 46 years and retired to Cedar City, Utah with his wife June. Mike cared deeply about his family and is survived by two sons, Jason and Paul (Maureen Dren-nan), two step-children Dana Thayer (Nate) and Dustin Sanns (Ashley), and his four grandchildren Quintin, Jordan, Mateja, and Conlan. Mike had a deep faith in the Lord and was a diehard Packers fan.

A celebration of life will be held in the summer. He will be greatly missed.
