Scott Douglas Reynolds of St. George, Utah left this earth on August 14, 2025 at age 55.

He was born on May 17, 1970 in Bellflower, California to Neil Douglas Reynolds and Suzette Anderson. 

Scott grew up in Southern California. He enjoyed ball sports from a young age, especially baseball. Surfing, hockey, skiing, video games, and riding dirt bikes were also hobbies. Playing guitar was his most recent pastime. Scott graduated from Cerritos High School and received an Associates degree from Cypress College. He spent 22 years as a machinist at Ram company in St. George, Utah and also earned a certificate in medical coding. For the past several years he worked as a culinary procurement specialist for Dixie Medical Center. Scott enjoyed working on projects, motorcycles, and cars. He owned several Mustangs in his lifetime and dirtbikes. Searching out the history of the family name was a fascination for him. Scott had animals in his life that held a special bond: Heidi, Tawny, Butterscotch and Hershey. 

Scott married the love of his life, Gail Rooney, on March 16, 2002. He instantly became Dad to daughters, Danielle and Lauren. 

He is survived by his mother, Suzette Ludloff and spouse, Ed Ludloff. His sister, Staci Loveridge and spouse, Lee Loveridge. Loving Daughters: Danielle Villa, spouse JD Dougal, and Lauren Lamoreaux, spouse Jake Lamoreaux. Grandkids: Kaitlyn Villa, Christopher Villa, Brett Lamoreaux, Diego Villa, Tyrin Lamoreaux, Mitchell Villa, Kyleah Lamoreaux, and Kaleia Dougal. Nephew and Nieces: Perry Loveridge, Sage Salice, Elisabeth Loveridge, and Brooke Salice. 

Scott is preceded in death by his loving wife, Gail Reynolds and his father, Neil Reynolds.

Arrangements are made under the direction of Hughes Mortuary, (435) 674-5000. Private Graveside Services will be held at Tonaquint Cemetery.
