Terryl Ann Owen, known affectionately as Terri, peacefully passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 74 in Hurricane, Utah. She was born on June 2, 1949, in Sheridan, Wyoming, to her loving parents, Russell and Shirley Young. Terri was a remarkable woman with an endearing giggle, a quirky personality, and a unique adorable sense of humor. Her compassionate nature led her to serve others selflessly throughout her life. She was a devoted mother, homemaker, and wife to her beloved husband of 46 years, Neil Bradley Owen. They were married on September 16, 1977, in the Salt Lake Temple, and their love blossomed and grew over the years.

Terri's devotion to family extended to her children, Lisa Cherie Larsen and Husband Greg, Keith Russell Owen, Pamela Christine Owen, Ashley Jayne Richardson and Husband David, and Jeffrey Quinton Owen and wife Lindsay. She found immense joy in being a grandmother to her ten grandchildren: Noah, Asher, Haven, Clair, Katie, Noelle, Jayne, Mary Rose, Robin, and Chloe. Terri's religious faith was an integral part of her life, and she worshipped at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Her dedication to her faith was evident in her service as a full-time missionary in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as well as in her numerous leadership positions within the church, where she worked with Young Women and members of the Relief Society.

In her leisure time, Terri found solace in various hobbies. She had a passion for sewing, quilting, cooking, crafting, and embroidery. These creative pursuits allowed her to express her artistic side and create beautiful pieces that brought joy to those around her. She was a longtime member of the Hurricane Valley Quilt Guild, and found much Joy in meeting and socializing with her fellow Local Quilters.
