Wesley Howard Palmer II, 52, passed away on February 23, 2026, in St. George, Utah. He was born on June 3, 1973, in Page, Arizona.
Wesley worked as an electrician in the electrical industry. He was a high school graduate and lived in St. George, Utah.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Rae Clements; his father, Wesley Howard Palmer; and his mother, Kathy Ann Hummel.
In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated.
Arrangements are under the care of Hughes Mortuary in St. George, Utah, 435-674-5000.
