It is with great sadness we share the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt Eileen Elizabeth Mary Onuska Sammis on March 6th, 2021 at 71 year of age in St. George, Utah.

Eileen was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on March 31, 1949 to Paul Robert Onuska and Eileen O’Rourke. She was the second of four children.
